April 16, 2014 Session I and April 30, 2014 Session II
Description: Accreditors have called upon higher-ed institutions to show how their curriculum addresses core competencies. To do this, institutions must explain how the learning outcomes of programs relate to core competencies; they must also demonstrate through student performance how those outcomes are being achieved.
Join us online to learn how to develop assessable learning outcomes around your core competencies at the course, department, and institutional level. By highlighting successful practices from other institutions, you will learn how to develop tools and methods for assessing your curriculum—allowing you to improve the overall quality of your offerings.
