About
In this session, school/institution administrators and faculty (teachers/instructors) will have the opportunity to take advantage of a live training session on the use of Turnitin, covering everything from class and assignment set-up through the use of the originality checking and grading tools to evaluate student work. In addition, during the session we will also discuss how Turnitin can be used to support the institution’s academic integrity policies at the classroom or course level. We will also cover strategies for helping students understand how plagiarism can take form or examine the more popular sites that students visit online, and discuss how to use a rubric to help students develop critical awareness of the quality of the sites that they visit.
There will be ample opportunity to ask questions and dive into the full Turnitin feature set. This session will also address the Turnitin touchpoints should your institution provide Turnitin access via a learning management system (LMS).
